Jester and it's random blogging session.

⊆ Wednesday, July 23, 2008 by Deano | ˜ 0 splurges »

Sorry guys I didn't update the blog, didn't have the time too. Oh well, here's some update on what has been going on since I have been home.

The next day after I arrived, still caught a cold after landing in Brunei, I practically have the high anxiety to drive my car, so I did. I went to Seria to check out what has been going on. Things still looks the same except for some minor changes. Will be posting them up if I have time too. In any case, they have an Arcade in seria and new posts for paying parking tickets are now opened. Other then that, I actually tried to fulfill my lustrous cravings of food I missed when I was in London. Kanyang jua! Yes!. Been to the mall as well, still looks the same, but more stalls at the side of the walkway so yeah. Nothing much interesting. Did not get to go to Giant though, I might go there probably next week.

Yesterday, I picked up my sister from school and went to DST first to activate my number. Then, went to Ayamku to eat (balik2 sabut di UK, nah! layan saja tia parut ah!). After that, I bought a new DVD, A japanese DVD, it is nice though. Can't remember the name but it's a nice movie (nangis ku meliat ceritanya, sedih banar!). Home Sweet Home!

⊆ Sunday, July 20, 2008 by Deano | ˜ 0 splurges »

Home sweet home! Yes people! I am back home finally. Been missing home too much, I have so much plans to do today, especially when it comes to eating, yeah, probably heading down to Seria today to catch some martabak or mee mamak, which is great because I can now eat whatever I want, KFC and McD's, bring it on!.

Anyway, I arrived in Brunei around 10.28 ish here and then, good a ride from one of the shell transport to send us from the airport to my home in Lumut. Once I reached home, most of the things has changed so fast. I mean literally, when I'm in the UK, everything seems so slow and then when you come back home, it's so obvious that everything here is quite fast. I have yet to venture CA Mohammad (makan lah tu!), Giant (I just want to know what the fuss is about) and some other shops I want to visit as well. Miss my friends here as well (you guys know who you are) and as for the people who I met in the UK and became friends with, let's hang out soon yeah? Batah sudah nda hangout sama kamu =).

Anyway, reached home, the garage was covered with brown tiles. It was surprising because I have never seen my garage been decorated so much. Went in, and the walls was painted yellow. I'm like "Uh, why is the wall yellow?". Then, went into the Kitchen, everything's change, the colour of course, black marble and everything surrounds it turns blue. It was a nice change though. Then, comes the living room, man, that was one dramatic change, I can't explain it but it was just nice to see. I'll post up the pictures soon. I'll tell you now, it's the first time I see the living room transformed so much!. Then, checked my room, all of my dad's office work was in my room, so I had to move it out. Once everything is clear, unpacked my bags, texted my friend to come, since he was really iski to come =). Anyway, I think that's about it, the rest I should say, Pengsan!! =).

Pictures and random stories up ahead.

⊆ Sunday, July 13, 2008 by Deano | ˜ 0 splurges »

OK guys, this is going to be a long update, and I don't mean very long though, it's just that I'm going to cram this post with lots of pictures though, well not a lot I guess. So here I go. Today, I woke up around 6am in the morning, thinking the driver will be there but obviously he did not show up as he did not received my message and calls yesterday. Screw him!. Anyway, went to the airport today using Heathrow Connect, only to realise that my parents had already finished everything. I was like "Eh? How come? I thought you guys should be finishing right around 8-ish?". I was surprised but yeah.

My friend stayed over the room the other night. Which was cool by the way. Hm, yesterday, my room was filled with people and I mean people. First it was just my friend from Cardiff, then came Mike, so the three of us just started to talk. Then, I went to the toilet, after I came out, Kel was there. I was thinking, god, my room is a place where random people just gather in one place :). Anyways, we had a small talk, and then K went off with his Dominos Pizza (thanks Kel!!). So we just played Pro Evo then, beaten Mike and my friend, then Kel came back into the room, played Pro Evo, of course, naturally I was no match for him so he definitely won (I must work more harder to achieve that kind of strength). After that is done it's just the two of them playing until 2am in the morning. I was already KO'd and went to sleep, and then shortly after, they went to sleep as well.

Now, after picking my parents, we went to the designated apartment somewhere in Kensington. It was a nice place though and a nice apartment as well. Shame I didn't take a picture of the apartment. Looks like I will be using the 27 bus all week until I go back home. Anyway, after we met with the owner of the apartment, he explained to us what to do in the apartment, the what so about and so forth, and then, he started to talk about his daughther believe it or not. The moment my dad said about my graduation, he jokingly said "Oh yes, since both of you of the same age to graduate, I'll give you "HER" e-mail and you can chat with her". Eek, I was thinking, is he for real?. Anyways we went shopping to Tesco and Waitrose to buy some stuff for the apartment. Went back with the groceries, my mum decided to cook Soto Mie instead. Then, my dad asked me to go back to BH to pick up the rice cooker and the stuff they need I'll buy from here. Went back to the apartment and everyone were dead asleep except for my sister, she was doing her assignments. Anyways, I was already falling asleep whilst watching Ben 10 on Cartoon Network (I don't know why but that cartoon seems fun!). So I decided that I went back home and have a rest. Reached BH, feeling hungry, went out to buy food. Went out of my room, saw K by the stairs, then, went out to the lobby saw Eza, they have just finished football I think (I was suppose to go but I'm really dead tired already at that time). Went to get food, came back and start to think about packing, but I decided to do some blogging first. Well guys, here's some picks I just put up for the fun of it.

Ha, I just took this picture a few days ago. Well who is a fan of her, shout out at the chatbox!.

Hm, this was taken when I was waiting out of Esprit. Man, two days straight, that was not fun at all, seriously :).

Well, this how my room's currently looking at, really messy, I need to pack soon! *sigh*.

Just took this today right after we settled down on the apartment. My brothers eating.

Anyway, here's to end the blog.

Going back to Brunei -6 days and counting.

Can't wait!!.

It would be alright.

Okay, why did I make up these nonsense titles which does not even linked with the blog? Well, to tell you the truth, I am listening to this band right now:

Yup, they are called Three Days Grace if you might wonder or if you don't know this band. Well, maybe if you are in line with the music from Disturbed, Story of the Year or Trapt, then this is the band for you. The name of the song that I am listening to is Never Too Late. Somehow, I have the motivation on doing a new video, probably singing this song or Peterpan - Di Balik Awan. Oh! I should make a poll after this, then you guys decide which one I should sing. How's that for a change my dear readers? Oh well, back to business.

What I have done so far is just busy, busy. Yeah, yesterday, my cousin actually moved out from their apartment last minute, for some reasons though (don't wanna state it). Anyway, all their stuff are put in BH, well, let's say, it was 10.30 all the stuff were starting to stack up, and waiting for them until 12.30am was a good idea really, at least the place is lively for some reason yesterday, I was at the reception talking to Abg Din, then came Mike, and then came AF then came ashrin, oh and sudden appearances of Kel as well (sorry bro, had to put it in there). So the five of us just talked at the lobby whilst I was waiting for their stuff to arrive. Once their stuff and they have arrived in BH, all of us who were at the lobby helped packed the stuff at the storage room and some brought down to the warden's place where they were staying. As some of the stuff went to my room for now. That was yesterday.

Anyway, today, it's just the same. Except that they are moving out and are living in an hotel for a while. Well, the same thing happens like what last night was. Just carrying bags in and out, up and down of the stairs. Nice! I have a good exercise, since I have not been working out (kept myself from them, trying to lose my belly here.. :) ). After that commotion ended it's just me back to my room and for 5 hours, I finished watching Kenichi. Somehow, it just gave me the motivation of not giving up in whatever you are doing right now and work hard and it will pay off real good.

Well, here's a video that made me motivate to sing the song:

One random tip: "To lose weight, eating heavy during lunch and eating light during dinner helps to lose weight".

Although this does have nothing to do with the blog itself, it's just some random thoughts I want to put it in here.

Oh yeah, to the people who reminded me to bring back whatever you wanted, better you guys put a shoutout in the chatbox so that I can be reminded yeah?.

Yeah, it's another short blog, so I'll end this again like so.

Finally! I get to out of my room for once. At least I have something to do now If I want to buy something for myself I have the money too. Weehaw! I'm not really broke anymore. Though, I have to spend my unsurmountable amount of trying to buy things which are not of necessary use to me.

Okay, here's what I did today. Basically, when I woke up, going online like normal, then checked my HSBC account, money came in! Yes! I was thinking OK, now I have to go somewhere. So decided to go to Adidas to get my Marseille jersey printed with name and number. When I went there, I was disappointed, as the person I asked at the counter asked the receipt of the jersey. How stupid of me, I threw it when I was cleaning up the room last time *sigh*. Oh well, that's just life. After that, I decided to try the salon that you guys have been too in Chinatown (you guys know who you are, minta dangani ke sana saja). So, I have a new haircut again!. Didn't expect it to be this way. You guys would see my hair next time when I am in Brunei already yeah?. So yeah, after that decided to go back to BH. Along the way, when I was in the bus, met with Thirah, she was doing some last minute shopping as she's going back to Brunei tomorrow. After that, she went to Edgware, I proceeded to BH likewise. Then, I went to check on the apartment Tesco, after that, I just went to Chicken Spot, went back, and started eating. After I finished my food, I was thinking I should buy Fanta again, so I went down to Sainsbury to buy them.

Shortly after, I was just stuck in my room watching History's Strongest Disciple : Kenichi. In case you did not know, it's an anime. It's a nice anime indeed.

The normal way to end this.

Parents coming down to London - 3 days.

The circle of life goes on.

⊆ Monday, July 07, 2008 by Deano | ˜ 0 splurges »

Hm, In case you were wondering my dear readers why I have not updated my blog, because I was too lazy too. Well, it's kind of the same monotonic things going on in my life except for some changes recently.

Well, first of all, I have been going up and down to D's room just to get games from him, GTA IV and my Pro Evo. Well, at least I have something going on here anyway. Still, BH is empty. Only filled with people filling up the transit rooms. Hm, what joy, I will be back in Brunei next week! Watch out people who are expecting me to go back home soon. Anyway, in these past few days, well, these two days, I have been playing GTA IV, it was heck of a fun, if you know what I mean, stealing cars, blowing up cars, hit and run pedestrians, try to find fights on the streets, you know, the typical American lifestyle living, except for that stealing, blowing cars, finding fights, which can only happen in the game. I noticed that this game has a heck load of swearing, I mean literally. When you go have a drive somewhere in the game, you will pedestrians on the side road saying "Oh Shit!", "Don't try to f*** with me buddy", "Ey, what are you f****er, blind or something?", yeah, that sort of nature. Maybe it's not open to kids for this game, but for those people who likes these sort of games, give it a go. I personally like to mess around with the game. What is so good about this game that I like? The cheats!. The cheats are the best thing to mess around with. Just input the cheats on his mobile and something may fall of from the sky on where you are standing on that game. Anyway, that's the game. I fairly sure by now everyone knows it already.

I just putting up the picture for fun. Anyway, the days before, I only went to Tesco to buy some stuff and went to Bayswater to buy some more perencah, after that, nah, I was just in my room the whole day. Oh yeah, I have finished watching Dragonball GT along with it's special episode. I'm still wondering what has happened to Goku after Shenlong took him? I was just wondering. There were so many answers on the internet from "geeks" who theorized them. But anyway, I don't care.

Oh yeah, today I will be going to Canary Wharf!. Well, I have never been there, so expect pictures later people. Well, like usual, here's to end the blog.

Parents coming down to London - 7 days.
Going back to Brunei - 12 days and counting.

No epic measures to be taken.

⊆ Friday, July 04, 2008 by Deano | ˜ 0 splurges »

Well, this entry would not be as long since my everyday route of life for this week is basically like written in a "this-is-your-life" script. My life is really boring here, nothing much interesting things happening, except that I have passed my degree (syukur!) and basically I don't do anything special.

My daily life goes like this. Wake up in the morning, probably around 10-ish, sometimes a little early but it's okay, and then, stall off my shower until lunchtime, then I'll take a shower and then start cooking for lunch, then TV, if not, I might go out with my cousin and buy some really, really cheap. You know, I have been to Esprit like two times in a row and I just found out even though it is a cool shop, maybe it's not for me, I much prefer Zara or H&M. Maybe that's my taste so yeah.

This blog entry is going to be a short one seriously, because that is what I have been doing for the past two days now, nothing new, and oh yeah! Watching Dragonball Z. OK, mind you, some of the episodes in the hard drive have been cut off during their battle scenes so I have to rely on sidereel.com to watch the anime. Now I'm addicted to it.

Anyway, here's the way to end my blog.

Parents coming down to London - 10 days.

The anxiety reciprocal is over.

⊆ Wednesday, July 02, 2008 by Deano | ˜ 0 splurges »

Yes! I finally made it! I am now officially an approved Undergraduate. Yea! Well, to tell you the truth, I was suppose to do the blog the morning after I found out my results, but I just waited until night time. Oh well. But yay! An undergraduate. If you wonder what did I get I'll tell you at the end of this blog.

So this normal day begins, but I woke up really early today, around 6.30. I got myself thinking how come I woke up so early? Probably of my anxiety that I made the day before. I was really nervous about my results today. So then, I slept back and woke up around 8.30. I tried to sleep back but it was no use, so I just decided to go online. When it was 9.30, I decided to check out the reception whether the results were there already. Once I head out of my room, I ran into Kak Sri first, and then, near the lobby, Di, Ha, Halim and Fz. Saw them and talked to them a little bit, then off they went somewhere. So I asked Ka Ros and BAM!, there's the letter. I was feeling really nervous so I went back to room and opened the letter. Joy oh joy as I got the letter, I passed. It was like the lightest feeling ever, all the burden being lift off after looking at my results.

After that, I started to check the offer letters for me to accept the offers and send the acceptance letters from Surrey, Westminster and Brunel University. All of them are from London per se. So yeah, I went to the post office to buy the stamps and then put it in the box. So after that, went back to BH, decided to cook for myself. Then, the curtain people came in and changed the curtains. Here's how it looks like:

The new curtains for the boys block. I don't know about the girls dock but most probably the same colour. But yeah, it's much better since it contrasts with the carpet. When it is all done from there, I just stuck, glued to the TV. Watching TMF these days. Pimp my Ride, recently I watched Punk'd. Well, while I'm doing my blog here, I still watching TV. Okay, back to the main story. After eating, I played my PSP and tried some new games, DragonBall Z: Shin Budokai 2 and Anata wo Yurusanai. Once I played Anata Wo Yurusanai, everything was in Japanese and I don't even understand a single word. So I just liked pressed the R button a few times until I feel asleep. Woke up around 3 and then decided to watch this on my hard drive:

DragonBall GT. It was really refreshing to watch back this anime back as I have not seen the continuation of what happened after Z. So, it was really nice. It looks like I will be watching it later on. I have this urgue to drink Fanta : Twist, so I can't hold it, so went down to Sainsbury's to buy it with the offer, 2 for 2 pounds. reached BH and then saw Afq, chatted with him for a while and head to the room. I made Spaghetti first, after that, I didn't feel satisfied so made 2 packs of Indomee's to satisfy my hunger.

Yeah, to top this blog, here's the current countdown.

Late blog for the late entrants.

⊆ Tuesday, July 01, 2008 by Deano | ˜ 0 splurges »

Ok, maybe it was a bit boring today, but WTH, it's just another dull day, or so, I hope. But it turned out to be a good day for me, not the whole stay in the room do nothing type of thing, but good thing I was up for chatting so I did. Chatted with my friend from Australia and some of my friends here in UK,well, basically trying to promote myself on YouTube, nothing special about it though. Just to see the reaction of those two individuals, unfortunately, my friend from Aussie knows this already so yeah, that kind of ruined it, but my other friend was very surprised. Well, in a sense, speechless in the chatbox (apakan?). But yeah, the conversation continues on I asked them what type of songs I am best suited for. My Aussie friend stated that I am more preferable singing English songs since I don't have a deep voice, and my other friend prefers me to sing Pop or R&B songs but yeah, anyway, guys, if you have an opinion on what kind of music is best suited for me to sing just let me know on the chatbox, that might help alot, and critisicm is much obliged. I got a tip from my friend for improving my vocals. Cool! but it only helps to release your real singing voice by singing through your stomach.

Anyways, here's the story for today. Just receive an e-mail from the college stating that they have dispatched the results to everyone through mail. Man, when I read that e-mail, at first I was like, *shit!, I hope I pass*. Well, I did not read the full part of the e-mail though, that's why. I was in my state of worriness though I did not show it. Then, Nas showed up like normal. He then decided to cook Nasi Goreng. Haha, first of all, I was planning to cook by my own, but since, he's cooking why not? It's not always you get people to cook for you (duh! di brunei selalu, ada amah! haha, teruk eh! Ia tah aku nda pandai masak atu!). Anyway, here's what we have been doing while the chef's is cooking:

As you can see, there's the chef in action. While he was cooking, this is what I did:

Haha, yes. While he was cooking, I was playing guitar hero. Sorry for the head cut off. Oh yeah, now I noticed in the picture, it's the new shirt I bought from Esprit. The first time I ever bought anything from there. Anyway, after he finished cooking, we just went online and I played Dragonball. Woops! I forgot, when we were online, I checked the e-mail again to be sure and I forgot to read this part of the mail:

"Students who have outstanding fees with re-sit coursework have been sent with a brief note of explanation together with re-sit coursework. Students who have failed exams will be sent a separate email this afternoon."

That part which I highlighted earlier was the missing information I did not read. Then, I waited during the afternoon, no new e-mails came from the college. Thank god!, Now I can be rest assured that I passed my degree. AMIN!!. Anyway, after that the cooking session came. After that it's just pure boredom. What I did is just going online and finished this game:

Yeah, it's DragonBall Z: Shin Budokai for the PSP. I actually managed to finished it with Vegito unlocked. Yeah! Vegeta and Goku Fusion!. Man, how I missed the cartoon. I might watch it again someday.

Anyways, here's to end the blog. The normal countdown.

Results - Tomorrow!! (I hope).

Championes Espana!!

⊆ Monday, June 30, 2008 by Deano | ˜ 0 splurges »

SPAIN!! We are the champions! We won the Euro 2008. Congratulations on Torres for the winning goal and end to Spain's painful 44 years defeat. Yeah! The best team in the tournament, it should be them. Germany was very poor in defense and literally in every department but it's relieving that Spain won! Yeah!!.

Now that is done, today's activity is just pretty much very lenient in my room. I was watching two movies. Much like a marathon of movies but I only watched two so here we go. The first movie I watched was the Forbidden Kingdom.

Ok, my view on this movie, now if you like kung fu movies, much like chinese movies then this is your cup of tea. I know I like it, it was fun to watch two martial arts masters go at it, Jackie Chan and Jet Li. It's fun and interesting to watch, I just can't quite figure out why but everytime they speak English, it amongst Chinese and Chinese people. How weird is that? First they talk in Chinese, next thing you know, the moment the kid a.k.a chosen seeker shows up, everyone starts to speak English. That's what I found it funny but the rest. Quite nice. I would give it a 4 out 5.

The second movie I watched is Bleach: Memories of Nobody.

Ok, I know it's an anime movie, but I was motivated after watching the Forbidden Kingdom. So yeah, this story revolves around a girl called "Senna" where she is the key for the Valley of the Screams. Don't want to reveal much of the movie anyway, since I know most of you readers out there are not into this sort of things. But yeah, it was a nice animated movie as well. I would give 4 out of 5 as well.

So yeah, that is basically what I did today. Pretty dull isn't it? Counting down:

Results - 2 days.
Parents coming down to London - 14 days.
Going back to Brunei - 19 days and counting.

Casual, relaxing outing.

⊆ Sunday, June 29, 2008 by Deano | ˜ 0 splurges »

To start of, I might have been blogging because of boredom-ness and it is why. Oh well, it does make sense when there's nothing to do now since everyone has gone back home *sigh*. My updates won't be really interesting is it? Nonetheless, what I figured out today is that I am chatting with my "so-called sister". Why I say that because she's younger than me and she calls me "bro" all the time so yeah. Back to the topic here, what I have realised is that I have merely 3 weeks in London before going back to Brunei. Just remembered yesterday that today's the last day for the BH Kitchen to be open but yeah! I have exactly 1 week and 7 days before my parents come down to London (is that correct? sorry for my bad maths, I really do suck at it seriously), Okay, it's time for me to tell you what I have been doing yesterday my dear readers of this so-called "great blog of mine".

OK, wake up late in the afternoon as usual as not doing anything per se, so, I was thinking that maybe I should head down to Chinatown to buy some "perencah" for me to cook nasi goreng or mee goreng, whichever is preferable for me to cook for dinner. Notice that my lunch is only Kellogg's Frosties and milk and that's it. So I texted my cousin that I'll be coming over to their place, while on their way there I stopped by Maplin to refund for the Scart adapter that did not work, so I did get the refund from them, and I was thinking after that refund, should I sell my cable that does not work on my laptop from eBay? That should make some profit out of it would it? But anyway, after that, I went to my cousin's brother's home and stayed there for lunch. While there, of course, I would join and play with my little nieces (lurus kah tu, anak buah kan tu dalam bahasa orang putih kan?) and then me and my cousin went to Chinatown and we will meet them at Oxford street later on.

After we have done our little shopping, well, basically it's me who is doing the shopping, buying out some stuff for surviving the other 3 weeks. After that, we went into Esprit, ah, we were in Esprit for a long time, and guess what? It was on sale, damn, went to Men's section as usual, found these t-shirts which is nice, but most of them are L, XL, or 3XL. Damn, there's no size for me which M here. Oh well, search after search, I found the t-shirt with the right size and it was only 5 pounds. Cool yeah? Well, after that, we just walked from there all the way until Debenhams and met up with them. We went to Starbucks to relax and have a drink (thank you abang!) and then went to Debenhams, my cousin's wanted to buy something, maybe for work I guess, but nonetheless, we were babysitting out nieces because she was crying while at the shop. After that, we went to catch a bus and went to Woolworths before going back to the apartment to buy her toys ( I mean, my niece). Once we reached home, I helped my cousin to get the toys running and that having tea, after which I decided to head back to BH to have dinner on my own.

Ah, went back to BH, took a shower and after done with my prayers, I straight away started cooking. I was thinking what to cook, either rice or noodles. While I was boling water, I decided to go to Tesco to buy some rice and came back. Once I have the rice, I cooked it, this time properly, thanks to the advice of both Nana and Na43, and the second time, it was a success. So once the rice is done, I then started to heat up the cooking oil. Once it was hot, then I added the "perencah" (stupid me, why did I do that in the first place, plus, the thermal heat was on 5+) so, a lot of smoke came out, and before you know it, the fire alarm went off. I thought it was some other people's room so I did mind, but I have a gut feeling that it is me. When I saw the smoke alarm was turning red, that's when I realised that I was me and I just realised I cooked too much of the perencah and I did not open the window fully. OMG! When the warden came in and "Kuya" came in, I told them I was sorry, I did not know. Good thing it was OK. Nas was also there when this incident happened. After that ruckus was over, Nas came in to the room and we chatted for a while, he was going online. So I continued on cooking, but under low heat and eventually finished cooking it and then turned on the TV and watched some channels.

Yeah, I think that's it. After that I went to sleep, probably because of the food that's taking effect on me so quick.

A day in the room.

⊆ Saturday, June 28, 2008 by Deano | ˜ 0 splurges »

Good morning. Yesterday, I did not go out of my room (technically speaking) but I did, just went to Tesco's to buy some stuff so yeah. I did not know it was fun to stay in your room for the whole day. I can do a lot in my room per se. Here's what I did yesterday.

I tried to cook rice yesterday, unfortunately, after the first try, it was rice alright, but it was a little soaky so I added more water (stupid me) and made into "bubur" rather than rice. The reason why I was cooking rice was planning to cook Nasi Goreng once again, but since the rice is so sticky, I decided to use the rice and cook it, and it was not too bad even. Good thing it was delicious. Yeah, after that, I just watched TV, nothing special though, it was kinda fun, and I ate a lot of those rainbow dusts again, it really hurts sometimes if you eat them too much. But anyway, last night, figure this out, what I was watching:

Yup, I was watching the WWE Draft for this year, where all the three brands (gosh, I just watched this suddenly, did not know ECW was theirs already), Raw, SmackDown and ECW compete to whichever brands wins every match, wins the draft pick which is picked at random. So far, watching the show on YouTube was quite interesting though, a 3-hour special even. It was a good show. 3 of the champions (I forgot who exactly) are in Raw while 2 champions ( I think it's Edge and Triple H) is in Smackdown, and history is written as Jim Ross, the usually Monday Night Raw commentator was shockingly moved to Smackdown. It was a really interesting show if you asked me. I haven't watched wrestling in a very, very long time.

After watching that, I decided to watch a movie.

Yes, it's Jumper. It was a good movie. What so cool about this movie is that you can jump from continent to continent and not get caught. It's nice sci-fi, action movie if you ask me. How I just wish I can jump from London back to my home so that it would be easy, but *sigh*, it's reality. Oh well, it can't be helped. I rate this movie 4/5.

Alright, will update you guys for today's activities later.

Spain meets Germany in Finals! Hurrah!

⊆ Thursday, June 26, 2008 by Deano | ˜ 0 splurges »

Yes!! Spain! They are in the finals!. This should be an exciting match between the Germans and the Spaniards this Sunday. Go Spain!. Alright enough cheering, though, I do appraise for Russia's strong comeback after defeating Holland and other teams (which I mention). Andrei Arshavin was the main star for Russia but for some reason he was not up on his usually dangerous game, anyway, Spain went through! and for yesterday's match, I was really frustrated that the Germans won. I mean, by looking at the match yesterday on how Turkey played (plus the frustratation on BBC one keeps on displaying distorted images thanks to the thunderstorm in Vienna that night) added to the misery. Turkey should have won. They were playing so well than the Germans, as you can see from the way they performed, Turkey have outclassed Germany in every department really, but oh well, what's done it's done and Spain will thrash you guys yeah!

The above picture shows Ugul Boral celebrates the first goal for Turkey. The other pictures are from today's match which was superb. Brilliant football I may add.

Moving on to today's activities, Na43 is going back home to Brunei soon, dang, now left me alone. *sigh*. Oh well, I have something things to do in the room with all these mess on my head going on. Oh yeah, Today, Me, Na43 and Nas went to Bayswater to buy some stuff because I was going to cook Mee Goreng( not Indomee), so we did, though we set the time to 1.30pm and it lingers until 2.30. Typical us, making things late, but it was worth it. Na43 helped me along as well, so it was worth it.

Officially, I cooked that fried noodle for the very first time and success. Yes, the above pictures are what have been doing after we came back from Bayswater. We are technically really bored so I took these pictures just to make this really interesting. After these, we did like normal, going online, do nothing and wander around the room until the match Russia Vs Spain starts. During the game, this is what we have done:

This picture what I posted up here is the number of straw dusts I have eaten whilst I was watching the match. Really intense I should say but yet again, I really didn't really realize how much I was eating during that time then, as for the rest of them, this is what they did while I was watching:

They were sleeping or partially sleeping, or both, I don't know. So this is what I did:

Of course, watching the match. Then moved to bed when I looked at those two sleeping. Haha. Oh well, that is all for the update, keep reading fellas. There's more soon, for the process of what you call "memalui" and "menalur" in BH.

Another blog, another day.

⊆ Wednesday, June 25, 2008 by Deano | ˜ 0 splurges »

Yes, people once again, I have come to a conclusion that I am officially jobless. Yes, as in while waiting for my results and not doing anything, and plus, potentially & officially broke, I will be spending more of my time in BH longer than ever. Well, to start off things I would describe what I have been doing yesterday.

The morning, my cousin came and we just hung out in my room. Though, both of us are officially jobless and we are not doing anything, I was really good at not spending, since now I know how to cook Nasi Goreng (skadar, masak nasi belum pandai, :p). Oh well, that is one achievement I gained for my lifetime support. On the other hand, take a gander on this game:

Well, if you guess the game then it's correct, (whatever your thinking is). Eventually, me and my friend finished this game around 12 am today. Haha, it was a really fun game to play. Well, with that it's over, I can finally rest but I don't have anymore games to play :(. Oh well, not bad for me who has played this game, solo first, then mostly split screen.

Today's activity so far is:

Went out with Na43. Whilst waiting for her to message, I ate some cereals(frosties to be exact) and making Milo. God, how I missed drinking Milo, it's been a while now. Moving on, she texted me around 11.30-ish and then changed clothes and went to meet her at Debenhams. Once reaching there and short split second of meeting up with her right in front of the Debenhams entrance, we straight away went to Chinatown (she just bought her new phone, the samsung u600 even). Really nice phone though, not my liking. Anyways, once we reached chinatown, we went to HSBC and she withdraw her money from the bank, while I was looking at my bank balance thinking *um, kapih, kapih..* Oh well, that's life for short for me. After that, we went into the Chinese shop for them to unlock it. Once that is done we then scrouge around Oxford street, going from Apple, Burberry, Fossil, John Lewis. Oh, speaking of John Lewis, I just surveyed a camera that I wish to obtain if I pass my degree (AMIN!!).

Yup, if you have guessed it right, it's the 6.1MP SLR camera Nikon D40. Though, I am only aiming for professional type quality of camera for me to use if I 'm bored or some special functions, particularly, for my cousin's wedding which is really, really soon, I would like to have this. Maybe I should make a wishlist table for my blog as well? ;). But nonetheless, I just found out in John Lewis that the price for this camera is 299 pounds. Not bad though, but, maybe I would like to obtain this in Singapore, since it's way,way cheaper there. *sigh*, oh well, I should wait.

Speaking of which, I just did the song that I wanted to sing on the last post indicated. Luckily, while I m doing this post, It finished uploading it on YouTube so, here it is:

THEORY OF A DEADMAN - SANTA MONICA (COVER).

I hope that this video is alright, though I did a few mistakes here and there, but it should be alright (I hope). Alright guys, I think I shall scoot for now, will update with another entry by tonight.

Something to view on this blog.

SPAIN!!.. usual rants about life.

⊆ Tuesday, June 24, 2008 by Deano | ˜ 0 splurges »

SPAIN!! Yes, they qualified for the semi-finals. Watch out Russia! Here comes the mighty Spain. Hopefully they won't screw up the semi's. One bad thing about this is David Villa would be missed since this next round he won't be playing due to the yellow card he obtained during the match yesterday against Italy. Damn man, Italy was playing like, I don't know how to say it.. crap I suppose? But oh well, who cares since your team already wins and it was a 0 - 0 draw even. Cesc! You are the hero of Spain for qualifying them in the semi's. Congrats to the Arsenal Midfielder.

Yes! now that is over and done with, we will see who will reach the finals first this wednesday, it's either Turkey or Germany. Fingers crossed, as I would like to see Turkey win this match. It would be so awesome as it would be history for them to reach the finals. On the other hand, Today, nothing much interesting, just brought my friend to RBA at Cromwell Road. As usual, I told him that we would get lost easily since I'm not really familiar yet with the location and while in the midst of waiting the bus on the way back, I found out another bus that leads straight to RBA, what a lucky break for me.

My room is now empty once again and I will be alone after that. Na43 is still here though but she will be back in a few days time, and I will be alone again *sigh*, but what is making me nervous, anxious, scared is about my results. Yesterday night I was chatting with my friend when he indicated in the chatbox about the results out on 1st of July. Dang, that makes me shake. I hope everything is okay and I can proceed with my graduation with no problems AMIN!!.

Thinking what to do for the next 2 weeks until my parents come down from Brunei to London. Yeah!. I was thinking of trying to put my videos on youtube (though I have upped like 6 vid's there), but what I was thinking is trying to sing Santa Monica by Theory of a Deadman. It would be my first attempt to sing an English song. Oh well, but it shall be alright (classical english yeah?).

Hm, let my mind flow for a while..

Aha, Blues Clues. See what Steve is thinking? (Do make up some suggestions in your head).

Something to fill in the void.

Again, sorry for the titles, but today, I'm just gonna share with you two videos.

The above video shows Cristiano Ronaldo turning the ball round and round. Man, how did the ball stick to his feet like that? I wish I could do it though I'm not in a position to play that kind of football yet. I still suck though, seriously.

This 2nd video is what I have posted on my YouTube account. A new song I just sang out of boringness. Sorry for the video quality as my phone is not that high technological, though it says 3.1MP camera, but what the heck? It's just a phone, it is not meant to be a very professional video camera.

Alright guys, will update later.

A blog with no particular name.

⊆ Sunday, June 22, 2008 by Deano | ˜ 0 splurges »

Yeah, maybe you are thinking why am I putting the title just like that, because.. I am technically bored. I slept at 15 mins before 6 in the morning after sending off my friend and his sisters going home to Brunei. Man, how I miss Brunei. But oh, well, I would wait until 12th of July when my parents come down from home to London, yeah!.

One thing that really worries me, my results. I know my results will come out on the 1st week of July, that would be around 2 weeks plus time. Man, I'm so nervous.

Anyway, here's what I did for the day, though, I'm not supposed to do this blog today, but I eventually did.

Ok, maybe by the look at that picture you already get a clear picture about what am I gonna talk about. Yes, it's Zara. Today, I went to Bayswater, which is totally unplanned, probably because I was still frustrated because of yesterday. So, I went to Whiteleys, and went to Zara to look at the clothes I'm planning to buy (though, it happened the other way), I saw this short sleeved shirt which is really nice, really plain and simple and it's technically black, I just like it because of the nice tone of black which really suits for casual wear. So, I tried it on and found it was really good. So, I was thinking "Should I buy it or not?", then, without hesitation, I finally bought it. It was a sale though so it was really worth buying it and I bought some organic apple juice from Food Inc.

And then, after that, I went back to BH and still stuck bored. I had my last straw and I decided to go to sleep, when Na43 came to the room and of course, she's like my new roommate of course, so it's common. Tried on some things with the Xbox 360 but to no avail. So, it's back to the drawing board. After dinner, I just relaxed.

Then, the night, my friend came into the room and I helped him weigh his bag for him because today, he's going back to Brunei as well. Man, you guys are having fun there. Oh well, I would wait. Good news is one of my friends are coming down to London anytime soon (Em, let's make that date happen? haha).

Alright guys, I think I'm gonna relax now. See you guys next time. Will update this blog anytime soon.

The planned, but yet, frustrating outing.

⊆ Saturday, June 21, 2008 by Deano | ˜ 3 splurges »

Maybe the title must be misleading but don't get me wrong, I am frustrated not because of any major problems though. It was just a hard-time decision do-over between Jack Wills and Hackett. Ok, so today, the planned day to go Bicester Village. It was my first time there so I expect myself to be surprised to see it and I did. Seeing everything is so british country-side like where all the shops are mostly in separate "houses", it sure feels nice to see the surrounding areas of Bicester village. Though, when looking at the things, eg Hackett, Jack Wills, Dior, Ralph Lauren etc, those are the high street brands names which, in an instant gesture, you say ,"OMG! That's really expensive, I could buy (whatever you want to say) with that". But truly speaking, when you say an designer outlet, it means that all the prices on these type of brands are cut down by 50% or so, maybe 75%. In terms, grabbing a good bargain for a very branded good is quite nice here, if you don't like to shop at retail prices, like me. :). Some of the things I took pictures of here are mainly a taste of what Bicester village is:
Hm, whilst heading towards this big Ralph Lauren shop, we stumbled upon a grizzly bear, so we all started taking pictures with the bear. Don't mind the picture your about to see. It's just for fun. :)

Now, back to the main storyline. All the shops that we went through there are mostly for women, as you can see by the brand Dior and sorts, not much of a guys taste really. I explored all the shops and targeted two particular polo t-shirts, one on Jack Wills and one by Hackett. What made me frustrated was that I already liked that polo t at Jack Wills but sadly there's no size for me. So, I just the polo from Hackett, pretty cool if you ask me, it has this Portugal colour vibe thingy going on. Though, when I bought the polo from Hackett, I was still frustrated but thankfully for my friend, she told me that this brand was of good quality so yeah, I believe her.

So after that shopping and walking around, we decided to relax at a spot.

Now here's my friend, Na43. All of these stuffs are hers except for the right hand side of the Hackett bag, that is mine. She feels really happy about it yeah? (Jangan marah ah.. haha, aku taruh mua mu di sini untuk menghidupkan alam sekitar dan segala batu - batuan sekaligus), but truly, I only bought one item here.

When we arrived in London, I was freaking tired seriously. After a nice, heavy meal, I started to feel asleep, but I forced myself to wake up and do this blog and thinking to play Rainbow Six : Vegas 2. I liked that game. Seriously.

Oh well, to finish this blog of, I'm gonna show you a picture, anyone of you who has been to bicester may know this picture, it's kinda cool.

*hint : a place to eat, coffee extragavant and nice Java chip frappucino.
