⊆ Saturday, August 23, 2008 by Deano | ˜ 0 splurges »

Hello everyone! How are you doing? Hope everything is all going good. Anyway, this request is for my friend who wanted to post the lyrics to my song, Before I Leave. So here to present is the lyrics to my song.

Nizam - Before I Leave.

[Verse 1]

I find it hard to believe
What you've done to me
Why don't you understand
that is not what I have planned.

[Chorus]

Please give me a chance
To have this one last dance
You mean everything to me
Before I leave.. forever..

[Verse 2]

What's left of me is just your memories,
and now that your gone,
I'd give anything just to hear your voice,
for one last time..

[Pre-chorus]

Ooh..

Yeah..

and this is what I have planned.

Repeat [Verse 2]

[Chorus]

[Outro]

Please give me a chance
To have this last romance
I want you to be with me
Before I leave.. for eternity..

Notice that the lyrics are different from the song I have sung. Sorry about the mistakes though. For anyone who wanted the lyrics here you are. And for those of you who haven't watched the video, you can easily watch the video on the previous post or heading on to my channel on youtube.

My first original song!

⊆ Thursday, August 14, 2008 by Deano | ˜ 0 splurges »

Yes people! Finally I have made an original song of my own, though, when you listen to it, the sounds seems familiar to a song I recognize, my sisters thinks the same as well. Anyway, here is my song, Before I Leave.

Nizam - Before I Leave.

Hm, anyway, I'll add a bit of update for myself. What I have been doing these days? Well, if you ask me, playing badminton on a regular basis, though it helps me just to have sweat which is good for my health and my secret weight loss goals. Well, other than that I have been going to Gadong for the past week, doing some stuff and then hanging out with friends while I still can. Anyhow, I think that's it, I haven't updated much since I am just too busy with my life in Brunei, trying to enjoy it while I can.

Signing out.

Cousin's Nikah Ceremony and new song up.

⊆ Saturday, August 09, 2008 by Deano | ˜ 0 splurges »

Well, to start off, today was a very busy day. My cousin just got engaged today. It was hectic, but whole loads of fun and mind you, it is very, very hot. I mean seriously, I just don't like it when you start to sweat, your armpits are the main criteria, that's just where all the main "smell" oozes out of you. Anyway, just met most of my cousins today, it was refreshing to see all of them in a nice ceremony. Anyway, I saw Dawi today, she was at the Groom's side so it was nice to see someone that I knew, thought that her sisters were coming along as well. Anyway, here are some of the pictures of today, mind you, I took a lot of pictures and I have to tone it down to 5 or 6 pictures for my blog only.

Auntie's at the reception

Welcoming the guests.

Kids around the block.

The guys and uncle's on the other side of the reception.

Guests and cousin's in the living room.

Cute isn't she?

Waiting for the groom.

The photographers at work.

The groom reciting the nikah.

The bride awaits..

The groom and bride together.

After the ceremony, munching time!.

Dani! Ngapa tutup mata? :)

OK, while I was doing this blog, I was able to sing a new song whilst waiting for the pictures to be uploaded. Here's my latest video.

Woo.. an update of busy-ness.

Hello everyone, sorry for the late, late update on my blog. I was really busy since I came back from UK. Hm, to make a long story short, to fulfill all of my crazy stuff, ambitions and cravings while I am still here.

Okay then, where shall I start? Oh yes, In a matter of days now, I am gonna attend my cousin's "Nikah" ceremony this friday. Yup, this should be really good. I was really planning to get the Nikon D40 instead of the Nintendo Wii while I am in Singapore, *sigh*. Ah, about that, I have been in Singapore during the last few weeks. It was good. Think about this, try to compare London and Singapore. What can you see the difference? For all of you Londoners out there who ever is reading this, you might understand why. In any case, I met Iffah there and a unexpected surprise, Bob. Cool. So on the first day arrived in Singapore, I just went out with my mom and grandma around Orchard Road. Nothing really special. The next day, I went to Sim Lim Square to get the Nintendo Wii, while my mom was searching for her Laptop and unexpectedly brought herself a new mobile phone. How wonderful is that? Even I did not expect my mom to buy that whole lot in a single day. Anyway, the best thing is she bought the most expensive thing I have ever seen she bought, a ring. No, not your usual cheap ring, this is a ring which can cost you around BND3,000. Crazy isn't it? I have never thought shopping could be that extensive. The next day went to Geylang Serai with my mom and grandma there. When we reached the hotel, I set out alone while my mom went to Takashimaya. There, I met Iffah and both of us went to Wisna Atria to check on Borders. Then, went to Takashimaya to get food. Not long before that we went back because it is already late.

So the next day, came back to Brunei and the rest of the days ahead were just plain. Nothing special. I went to the LufBru Summer Games at UBD and it was freaking hot. I'll tell you, outside the sun, it was already freakishly hot and inside I was like already fried egg. It was really hot and you can tell that I was sweating like crazy. Watched football on saturday and netball on sunday. It was a good one at least. I have met everyone I saw in UK there so it was quite fun to see them all back there. Anyway, I will try to post up some pictures if I have the time for my cousin's ceremony.

Cheerios.
